>Subject: Web-based chat software

LLTIers,

I've sent out a similar request a couple of years back, but a tool
we've been using has been problematic, so here it is again: what are
you using for chat sessions? We're looking at something web-based or
cross-platform and preferable housed locally and free. Being able to
record a chat session for later analysis is a must.

Thanks in advance!
