However, note that in the description of the bug there, the author writes: 
"Bug seems only to happen on vBulletin messageboards." This is implicitly 
reinforced by the comments on the consolidated Mozilla bug: 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=257478

Not that that's immaterial, and there's an underlying site design problem 
of using accesskeys from the numeric keypad, but the bug is not, 
apparently, universal to all web forms.
