If you go to http://share.skype.com/directory/messaging/, you'll find a
host of third-party recording apps to go with Skype, most of which I
suspect are shareware, not freeware, and I'm not so sure how well they
integrate with Skype.

If you are looking for an program for VoIP with integrated recording
directly to WAV, try http://www.gizmoproject.com/.

Greetings:

We are having a devil of time trying to find a tool that will record
*both* sides of a Skype conversation on a Mac running 10.3 and soon
10.4. We have tried Audacity (the stereo mix function does not exist on

macs as it does for PCs), we have tried Audio Hijack Pro, we have tried
Wire Tap,we have tried LineIn and JackOSX, and finally Audio Recorder
(that one actually worked, but the user could not hear --either-- side
of the call while it was recording!).

We need something that would not involve too many cartwheels to make it
work, as we would like the students to be able to use this on the
machines in the center.

Any suggestions?

Barbara
