The only issue I've ever noticed is that sometimes Windows systems (at
least the ones I've used) like to have the file type suffixes (.pdf, .ppt,
.doc), and Mac OS X is happy with out them. Whenever I've seen this
problem I just add the suffix to the document on the Windows system
handles them fine.
