>Subject: QT 7 Problems in Tiger

Is anyone else having problems cutting and pasting and saving files edited
in QT 7 on Tiger?

Specifically,
1. I select a section of a QT movie and copy it. I create a new movie
file (command-n) and then paste what I have copied but the selection I
made does not paste. It pastes whatever was in the clipboard previously.
This is somewhat of an intermittent problem. It does work some of the
time.

2. Often when I cut and paste a clip into a new movie player and try to
save it, i get an error message telling me QT cannot save the file.

All software is fully up to date. Has anyone had similar problems? We
are working m,ostly with mp4 files from scola. Joseph
