Dear all,

I'm looking for recommendations on handheld digital recorders with good
recording quality being about the only factor on our wish list. A variety
of compressions (besides just WMA) would be nice, but not necessary.

A quick search of the LLTI archives turned up a query or two on this
subject from 2 years ago, but nothing much by way of responses.

In the days of webcasting, I'm assuming/hoping that someone out there has
some longterm (i.e., at least a week or two?) experience with such
recorders by now that they could share with the list.

Thanks in advance to any and all for their advice.

Mark Lauersdorf

P.S. To those who helped in my earlier DVD burning queries, I will get an
official response and thanks message back to the list once I settle in to
my new position.
