Greetings,
Dartmouth is looking to fill a position with its Curricular Computing team.
Review of resumes will commence in early July and continue until the position is
filled.

CURRICULAR APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER

Dartmouth's Academic Computing division seeks to fill this entry-level position
for a developer to join its instructional technology team. We are looking for an
enthusiastic and enterprising individual to help us build on the momentum
generated by the adoption of IT in teaching and learning. The Curricular
Applications Developer writes programs and develops tools and resources for use
by faculty and students in their teaching and learning endeavors. He or she
works with our Curricular Systems Engineer and vendor (currently Blackboard) to
fix problems and establish new services and extensions for Dartmouth's course
management system, and provides end-user support for the system. The Curricular
Applications Developer works directly with faculty and students to help them
successfully utilize instructional computing technology, and teaches workshops
on the use of technology in teaching and learning.

Key requirements: excellent interpersonal skills; experience in supporting end
users in the use of information technology; Bachelor's degree, preferably in
Computer Science or significant coursework involving computer programming; two
years' development experience with Java; three years' experience with PERL, PHP
or JSP.

Dartmouth College is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Women and
minorities are encouraged to apply.

PLEASE SEND COVER LETTER AND RESUME IN WORD OR PDF FORMAT TO: Kathleen Moore at

continue until the position is filled. Additional information at
