>Subject: Invitation to chair a FLEAT5 Session
The FLEAT5 Program is nearly complete. We are finalizing session chairs
and then we should be ready to go to press. I think it's shaping up to
be a great program.
So far, we have about half of the session chairs. We'd like to
finalize chairs for all sessions so names can appear in the program.
Our deadline is this Friday, June 10. Being a session chair is
important, but easy. You introduce the speaker(s), make sure they end
on time, and distribute/collect evaluations.
First come, first served! The following sessions still are not spoken
for. Just send me an email indicating the session ID# you'd like to
chair and I'll take it from there. If you select several and prioritize
them, I'll try to get you your best choice. The full schedule can be
found at:
http://ce.byu.edu/cw/fleat5/2005/bschedule.dhtm
Thanks!!
