Dear Otmar
  Although we (the Board of IALLT) have severe doubts that LLTI is an
appropriate forum for this matter, I hope you will grant us the
privilege of a response to the letter which was posted here by NEALLT
(#7804).
I was away from email until yesterday, so regret the delay in
responding to such a message, but we believe that a clear response is
called for.
