If you are on the Microsoft Volume License agreement, you are likely
eligible to receive their Multilingual User Interface packs for Office
(and maybe Windows), or maybe just their Proofing Tools CDs. The MUI
pack for Office 2003 is about 6 CDs and contains proofing tools for a
large number of languages.

German and Italian are both on the same CD, which through the license
program is Item Part No. 269-06938.

The MUI CDs include for many languages proofing tools (spell and grammar
checkers), and also interface 'skins' for different language so that you
can have your Office menus in the target language and switch among them
relatively easily. I believe that the Proofing Tools CD only has
proofing and no interface translation.
