Hello Dr. Peckham,

I assume you want a secure FTP and file transfer program. Fugu is an
opensource and free program that is a frontend to Mac's Openssh
commandline ftp client. You will be able to send files securely via ftp
or SSH. I haven't used it myself but I have heard good things. You can
get it here:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/fugu.html

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Chris Cantu
