Dear Colleagues,

I am participating in a statewide (Wisconsin) "summit" on
international education that will bring together educators,
legislators, business leaders and representatives from community
organizations to form recommendations on how students, communities
and workplaces can achieve greater global competencies. I am putting
together a short reading list for my panel, IT and Globalization:
Connecting via Technology, on information technology and world
language education. The reading list will be available to summit
participants before and after the conference.

Do you have suggestions for good, general readings to include that
are available online and would be accessible to a broad audience?
I'm particularly interested in readings on telecollaboration, virtual
study abroad, CMC, and on how new (and emerging) technologies are
changing FL teaching and learning practices.

Please send your suggestions to me at [log in to unmask] I will
share them with the list, if there's interest.

Thanks for your help!

Dianna
