DVD Studio Pro 2.0 will allow you to set the region code of the DVD you are
about to burn. If memory serves me correctly, iDVD won't and DVD Studio Pro
2.0 is your best bet. I think some Roxio program might also do it but I'm
not sure. It's been several months since I tried this so iDVD may have
changed since then - I'm not sure.
