>Subject: help for students installing Audacity on their own computers

Hi all,

I know a number of you use Audacity in your labs and with your students
and faculty. We are using this more and more at Duke and are now
considering how to best provide support to students who might install it
(and the associated LAME encoder) on their own computers. I'd like to
hear off-list from any of you who may have developed documentation or
provide ongoing technical help for students in this situation - I have a
few questions to ask you.

Thanks,
Samantha
