I got an interesting query from one of my faculty teaching a French film
studies class:

"I have a question. In [the classroom], is there a remote that would
allow me to display the time when we do sequence analyses, it's quite
helpful to see the timing of each shot."

Short of digitizing the sequences or reverting to video laser disc, does
anybody have any suggestions?
