Judi,

I think you'll find that most publishers will not  allow you  to make their
audio programs available for student downloading (and especially not burning
them to a CD). The usual way around this is to stream the audio, which makes
saving it to a local computer very  inconvenient (though not impossible if
you have the right software).  Jack
