Hi Deanne,

We handle this by using an email alias instead of a list of
individual email addresses. We have several aliases, which go to
different groups of people. The forms on our website are directed to
the appropriate alias.

Our general "hirc" alias goes to all HIRC staff, an "AV" alias goes
only to the people involved with AV equipment. We have two different
computing-related aliases, one that goes to the manager and
programmers, and one that includes the students who monitor the labs
during classes. Our email postmaster set these up with no fuss at
all. As our staff members change, it takes him only a minute or two
to update the appropriate aliases to include the right email
addresses.

Hope that helps,

Judi
