Hello LLTI-ers,
Chiming in to say good-bye. After a wonderful two weeks in late July in
intensive training with Ryanne Araujo, I left the Language Resource
Center at St. Lawrence University in her capable hands on August 2. In
the interim my family has made the 2000+ mile journey to Kansas and is
settling in nicely. The sky is BIG here (I had forgotten - I moved to
New York from here 4 years ago) and the stars are beautiful (in way
upstate NY it's usually too cold at night to watch the stars for long).
For now I'm enjoying some time away from the work-a-day world and so
will sign off of LLTI. I've enjoyed your collegial support over the
years and trust that when you meet Ryanne at an upcoming conference
somewhere, you'll welcome her into the fold.
Warmly,
Carine Ullom

Kansas (Ottawa to be specific)
