This is a response from a colleague (Steve Warren) here at Tufts:



It's been a while since I looked at FUGU.  I believe it would send files
using SFTP (Secure FTP) and SCP (Secure CoPy).  SCP is the option that
you need.  If FUGU doesn't have SCP then check out
http://www.versiontracker.com/ for an app that does.
