Donnie,

Have a look at DigiRez (http://www.digiappz.com/digirez.asp).  It does
exactly what you're looking for. We've been using it for a year and have
been very satisfied with it. Aside from room bookings, we also use it to
schedule requests for off-air satellite TV broadcast recordings. It's only
about $270 and, best of all, you can download a free demo to check it out
