I am a new member of IALLT and am looking to replace a soundboard on my
department's aging Sony Opus LLC-2000MH, which was damaged when the building
that houses it was struck by lightning.

Our IT department and an outside contractor have been unsuccessful in finding
this part; the vendor who sold us the system has not responded to our requests.
Can anyone give me any leads?
