Hello,
I recently purchased 2 MB Quart headsets "for a song" from Ebay. These
are the model that I believe was used in Tandberg systems at one time.
They are apparently VERY sturdy and sell for $100 or more at retail.
The reason these 2 were so cheap is because they have the old DIN pins
on the end. I thought I recalled someone posting to the list not so
long ago regarding re-wiring these and adding a stereo mini plug and a
mic plug. Has anyone done that successfully? If so, I'd be grateful
for some advice. If we can get a rock solid headset for $10 plus some
student time putting on the correct plug, I'll be very happy.
Thanks,
Carine
