I have a user running Chinese Star XP on a Windows 2000 machine. It has
been working for months but now it will not launch. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, with no luck.

I wonder if any one of the recent Windows 2000 updates might be responsible
for the change. Has anyone else seen this problem? Maybe even for software
other than Chinese Star?
