it seems like you are referring to the article by Linda Jones,
entitled "Using Technology in Language Teaching and Listening
Comprehension: Revisiting what Teachers Should Know and Do." This articla
appeared in in the 2002 issue of the IALLT Journal (Vol. 34.2).
