Greetings,

My name is Iris Myers and I am the Foreign Language Lab Director at Roanoke
College. I am e-mailing you to ask for some information about your Tandberg or
Sony Digital Systems. We are planning on switching over from an analog system
to a digital one. Here are a few questions I would like to ask you.

1. How reliable is your system? What kind of technical support is available
from the company?

2. How well does it withstand a large volume of users at one time?

3. Would you recommend this system?

I would deeply appreciate your input to these questions.

Please feel free to e-mail me directly at [log in to unmask]
Thank you,
Iris Myers
Roanoke College Foreign Language Lab Director
