Joseph,
Yes, the full set of Office2K MultiLanguage Pack proofing tools is
available. It covers about 35 languages on 8CDs.  
I don't think MSoft keeps it in the front of their web site anymore with
Office2003 out now. Apparently there is an order of installation issue,
that if you install Office2K and then upgrade to 2003, you cannot install
the MLK anymore. The MLK must be installed before you run the upgrade to
2003.
I'm looking at the CD and it says Part No. X04-95483.
