TV5 has a pretty good program guide, I think about 2 weeks at a time in 
a pdf file.
You have to personalize it, though.

NHK (Japanese TV) is at

Over on the bottom right hand they have links to PDF files for 2 weeks 
at a time. They usually have a couple of them up, so you can get a whole 
month.
