Suggested wording that we use:

Notice--Motion pictures films, videocassettes, videodiscs, audiodiscs,
audiotapes, and other non-print audiovisual materials are protected by
Copyright Law (Title 16, U.S. Code).  Unauthorized use or copying may be
prohibited by law.
