We evaluated it, and generally liked it.  However, we ended up
purchasing NetSupport School instead of NetOp School because the two way
audio and latency (lag time in cursor movement, etc.) was much better in
NetSuppot.  Otherwise, for general lab control software, it was fairly
impressive.  If they're offering it for free, take them up on it.  Also,
make sure it's the "School" software they're offering.  There's also
management software which is a whole different kettle of fish.  Not that
you wouldn't want it, but it's generally designed for large computer
installations and management of same.

Can anyone provide feedback on the use of NetOp software in a
computerized language lab setting? My university bought it for other
labs and has offered it to us for language use.
