I think using Chinese Windows is the best option.  However, if you can't fi=
nd it, the other way is to use Windows XP or Mac OSX.  I think both opera=
ting systems support Chinese well.

Is there a consensus about whether Macs running Virtual PC or actual
Windows machinese are the best for Chinese applications?  Is it advisable
to use Chinese Windows?
