Jack,
Try going to the Start Menu, then to All Programs, then to Accessories, and
then Accessibility. The fourth choice is On-Screen Keyboard.

Please excuse the cross posting

Dear Colleagues,

Now that Windows-XP is fully Unicode compliant it makes the display of
virtually any language script a simple matter of installing and selecting
the language needed. Inputting those characters from the keyboard, however,
appears to be another matter. I've poked around ever corner of XP in search
of some kind of virtual keyboard display feature, but can find none. If it
actually exists I would greatly appreciate learning how to access it. If it
doesn't, which I strongly suspect is the case, can anyone recommend a third
party product that will do the trick? Thanks in advance. Jack
