Hi Dan,
 
We had our IT purchasing folks buy our code free/region free DVD's from
<http://www.dvdcity.com/> http://www.dvdcity.com/ - DVD city sells to US
customers. We decided to work with UD's purchasing folks because they're
able to work around the red tape and order items from vendors that don't
accept PO's -I'm not sure how they get away with it. Check with DVD city and
see what you can arrange.
