------------------
Hi all,

We're doing some proposals here and looking for a document that might
describe an established measure of teacher proficiency in using
technology. Ideally, the measure will provide an overall rating or
continuum, but we're looking for any established guidelines. I'd be
grateful for any insights provided, and I can provide a grid if multiple
versions appear.

Thank you much,

Gus
