>Subject: software for German, Arabic and Chinese

I am looking for two separate things:
1) software to support intermediate German classes.
2) software to study Arabic and Chinese on your own.

The German one I need it for the lab, the arabic and chinese one to
start studying on my own because our lab will start supporting those two
languages and I don't know a bit about them.
I hope someone can help me.
Thank you,
Mariana
