Georgia,

An alternative to using Excel (as explained in earlier postings) is to copy
the comma-delimited text from the BYU test results log, paste it into a Word
document, select all the text, and then from the menu bar choose table >
insert > table. This will format the text as (you guessed it) a table, which
can then be sorted by column.
