------------------
If you do not want to open and print out 3000+individual test scores sent
by email, there is a way you can access all of the scores from the opening
page of the test, and you will have the date, language, test#, ID#, first
and last name, and score listed. What I do is copy and paste the data into
notepad, open excel, and import the data into a spreadsheet. I then can
sort by last name for a complete list of scores. The emails could be put
into one folder, monthly, and saved to disk for an emergency backup, or if
anyone wanted to refer to a particular student's incorrect answers (i.e.,
all grammar, vocabulary, etc.) they could pull up that email, only.

Contact me directly if you want any other information.

The College of Charleston Foreign Language Department would like to use
the online Placement Tests produced by BYU but is running into trouble
with the Student Advising Center because they do not want to handle
3000+ individual scores sent by email. How do universities who use these
exams handle reporting the scores? Any help with this problem will be
greatly appreciated.
