Zach,

You can start with Transparent Language Company, also located there 
in the NE US.  They have a large "stable" of language learning 
products in CD-ROM formats, including two separate packages for 
Portuguese, one for the Brazilian variety and another for that of 
Portugal.

Also, you might check with CALICO and with the Less Common Taught 
Languages folks in the Twin Cities.  Lou Janus and his colleagues 
have lots of info on non-main-line languages, and Portuguese would 
appear to qualify at least in the US.
