Zach,

If you are interested in Brazilian Portuguese, you can check the two
CD-ROMs of Beginning Brazilian Portuguese from the 'Critical Languages
Series' published by the University of Arizona:
http://clp.arizona.edu/cls/por/

They include dialogs with audio and video, grammar, cultural notes,
dictation, and many exercises.  I am sure you will like them.
