Hello everybody!

The IALLT 2003 conference is almost around the corner...

... and the Program Committee is seeking your input
for some special discussion sessions that are scheduled
on each afternoon of the IALLT conference, June 19-21.

We are looking hot topics that will be of interest
to the assembled crowd.

Let these questions spark your imagination or add your own:
if you had extra time at work, what would you do?
what are your hot topics & burning issues?
what is your most daunting professional challenge?
what would you change about your work situation if you could?
what is the best way to recruit staff?
what is the next thing you will throw out of your lab?
what is your biggest problem on the job?
what will be the next technological breakthrough?
what will the lab of the future look like?
how will you survive the next budget cut?
how do you cope with things you cannot change?
what is the best way to motivate student workers?

Please post your suggestions to this list. No question too
silly or too small, unless of course it is about earwigs.
