Samples

Because CommsCare offer such a wide range of headsets, brands and models, you may find it difficult to choose the right headset, that is why we offer a 14 day no obligation headset trial. If you tell us about your telephone configuration, the surroundings in which the headset will be used, and your personal preferences, we can tell you what might be the right headset solution for you. After the trial if the samples are to your liking we will arrange payment terms. If you find them unsuitable they may be returned, complete with all the packaging.

Refurbished Headsets



Included in the services we offer are a full range of fully refurbished and re-boxed headsets. Refurbished and re-boxed headset start from £25.00 each + vat. All come with a 6 month warranty. Repair Service

We offer a full repair and refurbishment service on faulty headsets and amplifiers. The cost of the repair service is £15.00 per repair + vat. All repairs are guaranteed for six months, come with new ear cushions and voice tubes, are hygienically cleaned and are returned in a sealed plastic bag.

Rent

When you have to deal with a peak during a campaign, or if you want to support a one-time telemarketing operation, it may be an viable option to rent, rather than buy. CommsCare allows you to choose from several products, brands, and models. A small investment like this will save you having to pay a lump sum, and will solve your short-term capacity problems.

Redundant Equipment 

CommsCare are currently in a position to bid on any surplus or redundant telephone systems (complete and cards), terminals, and headsets. Regardless of the make or model of the kit, we may be interested.

Please contact us, detailing any stock you may have so we can make an offer to you. Where possible please include the condition of the equipment with an inventory of what cards, headsets or terminals are available. We can then offer a price on the equipment. We will be happy to arrange collection and de-installation of the equipment if required.

CE-marking

The CE mark on our products stands for optimal safety and quality. It tells you that the product adheres strictly to safety regulations and will not interfere with other appliances. All of the products CommsCare distributes meet these requirements.  

 All products supplied by CommsCare are CE compliant, have acoustic shock protection and carry the manufactures full warranties that will be honoured by us, and our suppliers.
