Greetings,

Someone from the ResNet list suggested I bring my inquiry to you all as well. Here is the original posting:

Our VC/Dean of Students is interested in finding out more about centers
on campuses where students can go to 'learn how to learn'. Technology
would, almost by definition in today's society, be involved. These would
be centers that were more than just glorified computer labs. They would
have a stated focus to provide resources to help students (primarily
Frosh/Soph I would
assume) to assist students in the learning process. Some focused on
specific classes (frosh calc, chem, etc...) and some focused on the
learning process.

If your schools have such a location, please email me directly. The
VC/Dean of Students is traveling about the country in the next couple of
months and would like to visit a couple.

I appreciate your time on this, most probably, non-residential
technology question.

Have a happy holiday season!

Matt
