Hi,
I was about to order our fourth Malata 520 Code-Free, All-Region DVD player
(We love the three we have.... Well, we like them a real lot.)
at $349 from International Video and Electronics, when the salesman said,
"why don't you get the JVC-XVS500 instead? It does everything and more that
the Malata does, it's much better, and it's only $249". Now, I'm not sure
what the "more" that the JVC does is, but even if it does the "same", I
could buy a heck of a lot of In-N-Out burgers for lab staff lunches w/ the
$100 savings.
Has anyone used the JVC-XVS500? Thanks in advance for any input.
Cheers,
Ed
(PS - Only kidding about the burgers. Make that "a lot of equipment security
cables" instead.)
