A rose by any other name...

At URI, we built a new lab in '99 so we used the opportunity to change the
name to the faculty recommended Language Learning Resource Center.

Most of the time, people call us the LLRC.

Funny thing is, when the student workers answer the phone they still say
"Language Lab."  At least they also ask, "Can I help you?"

(ahh, customer service is a wonderful thing!)
