Please excuse the cross-posting.

Do any of you located on the west coast get TV5, the French-language
station from Quebec? We are looking into buying a satellite (from
Dishnetwork) for our French House for this. I tried this about 4
years ago, however, and it turned out that the satellite that TV5 was
running on (148) was too far east to be able to be picked up here. This
time, the salesmen are again very anxious to make a sale, but noone can
tell us if this problem still remains. Does anyone have any experience
with this? Dishnetwork's webpage indicates that TV5 runs on both
satellites 148 and 61.5. Is 61.5 accessible from the west coast?

Thanks.
