I don't know if there is a more direct way to do this. But the following
method should give you the result you want.

1. Play laser disc
2. Connect the audio out and video out of the laser disc player to the audio
in and video in of a video digitizer (such as Dazzle Video Digitizer)
3. Connect the (audio out and video out of the) video digitizer  to the USB
port or the palarel port of the computer
4. Press "Record" button on the software that controls the video digitizer.
