Hi David.

If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (it cost us around $58 
education price in our bookstore), just open the first pdf document you 
have, go to DOCUMENT, then INSERT PAGES. In the dialog box that pops 
up, select the next document you wish to add to the first document, and 
then select in the second dialog box that pops up where you want this 
inserted document to go (i.e. after/before the first/last/between .... 
pages. Then just do a SAVE AS to the document to rename it to whatever 
you wish. That's pretty much it.

Just a reminder again, Acrobat Reader will not let you do this. You 
will need the "full" version of Acrobat 5.0 or higher...
