We found out the hard way about this as well last Friday...

Apparently Deutsche Well is broadcasting only in digital now, and 
discontinued all analog programming. However, we never received word 
about this and it seems from others' comments that Deutsche Welle did 
not do a good job of informing the American audience of their plans. We 
have to purchase the digital conversion equipment needed to receive 
DW's new digital signal, and hopefully we will have that installed and 
receiving DW again in TWO WEEKS! Ugh!
