Hi, all.

I promised a report on the Daewoo T6300N DVD player.

At first it appeared to be a region 1 player: It even has a sticker on the
back with that region.

I wrote to tech support at Impact Compters in Miami, and they promptly
e-mailed me the setup sequence to make it play other regions.

It works fine and plays PAL Region 2 DVD's on an NTSC monitor.

Not bad for under $200, including shipping.

Best,
Karl

P.S. Ursula was worried about the copyright police... should I be worried
about the DVD interpol?
