------------------
This is a philosophical comment. I use AIM all of the time. It has been
very valuable as a student. I am in the Pepperdine Grad Progam. It is a
wonderful way for students to compare notes on group projects, to get help
or advice on tech issues or assignments. The human side of sharing thoughts
and feelings is also a great component.

When one of our techs tried to get me to use it a year ago, I was very
negative. Now that I am using it, I am a supporter of IM - and AIM in
particular.
