Have you tried using Mozilla to view them?  I looked at the pages, but I do
not have access to someone who can read Arabic at the moment so I can't tell
you for certain that it worked or did not work.

It seems that the first is written in Arabic Mac encoding and the others are
written Windows-1256, both of which are supported by Mozilla.
